This website contain information on the products and services offered by IBEA d.o.o., Ive Vojnovica 30, 51000 Rijeka, Croatia, referred to as ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’ or ‘Futti’ throughout this Terms and conditions.
Futti cannot accept responsibility for any damages resulting from the use of information from this site for purposes that go beyond their intended purpose.
Futti undertakes to apply all reasonable security measures to protect the interests of the Service User and to prevent any misuse.
Futti makes reasonable efforts to keep the information on this site up-to-date and accurate. However, due to market dynamics and unpredictable situations, deviations of actual data and data available on web pages are possible in a small number of cases. Futti reserves the right to cancel an order without further explanation. Futti will in each such case consider the specific situation and offer the customer variants of the solution.

Privacy Guarantee

Futti undertakes to keep the privacy and confidentiality of the personal data of all our visitors and customers in accordance with the Law on Electronic Commerce (NN 173/2003, 67/2008 and 36/2009).
All employees of Futti and business partners are contractually bound to abide by the principles of privacy and confidentiality. We only collect necessary, basic customer/customer information and inform visitors and customers of how to use that information. We regularly give customers the choice of using their information, including the ability to decide whether or not their name should be removed from the lists used for marketing campaigns.
Customer personal information is stored in the Futti information system and are kept in a safe place and are only available to Futti employees who need this information to provide quality service to our customers. The use of information is limited to communicating with customers for the purpose of conducting sales transactions, and informing users of news and benefits available to them through our website.
Futti warrants that the personal information of users of the Futti website will never be disclosed or used to a third party without the prior express consent of the user. This does not apply to requests for access to information by authorized services of the executive state government of the Republic of Croatia for the purpose of controlling the business.
By registering, you confirm the accuracy and completeness of the information provided in the form and give your explicit consent that Futti may, in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act (NN 103/2003 and 118/2006) and the Electronic Commerce Act (NN 173/2003, 67/2008 and 36/2009), process personal data indicated in the form for the purposes of their records and the provision of information services on new products and services.

Prices

All prices listed on the website are in Euro (EUR) and include VAT of 25%. We reserve the right to change prices. Prices are valid in case of payment with the terms and payment methods listed below. The above prices are only valid for purchases made in our web store.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Maestro cards. You can also choose to pay with PayPal.
By selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to ‘Log In’ and review your order before proceeding with the payment. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to futti.com.
Credit card payments handling is secured by the Braintree gateway.

Customer credit card information is not in the Futti web store database, but only and exclusively on the bank’s server. To protect your information, the Braintree gateway system does not allow us to charge more than the amount of the transaction or to view your credit card number. Futti does not have access to the customer’s bank details and at no time does it have access to the customer’s credit card number. Only an authorized transaction number is available to it, allowing the payment of all or part of the agreed transaction or cancellation for reasons agreed with the buyer.

Terms of Delivery

All orders are shipped worldwide via our affiliate couriers DHL, DPD or GLS, within 8 working days of confirming the availability of ordered products. During promotions, longer delivery times are possible. Delivery time depends on the destination.

Shipping costs depend on the country of delivery and the quantity of products purchased and are calculated on the checkout page.

Customs costs, taxes and other additional costs are not included in the stated product and shipping costs. For non-EU countries, the buyer bears the costs of customs clearance and taxes, if any. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer since each country has different customs and taxation laws.

We can either deliver your order to the billing address of the card used for payment, or you can specify an alternative address such as a workplace, university or friend/family address at the checkout.

We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Claims and Complaints

For products purchased in the Futti webshop pursuant to the Obligations Act (NN 35/05, 41/08, 125/11, 78/15) and the Consumer Protection Act (NN 41/14, 110/15) products and all other objections may be made in writing by electronic or regular mail and orally by telephone:

Unilaterally Contract Termination

According to the ‘Rules on the Content and Form of the Notice of the Consumer’s Right to Unilaterally Terminate Long-Term Contracts and Contracts Off-premises’, the contract may be unilaterally terminated within 14 days of receipt of the product subject to the contract without giving reasons.

In order for the buyer to exercise the right to unilaterally terminate the above Contract, he must inform us of his decision to unilaterally terminate the contract before the expiration of the deadline, in an unambiguous statement in one of the following ways:

he notice must include your name, address, telephone, fax or e-mail address, and the enclosed example of a form of unilateral termination of contract may be used, downloadable here. We will email you confirmation of receipt of the notice of cancellation or unilateral termination of the contract.

Returns must be made without delay and no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer. The returned product must be unused, undamaged and in its original, undamaged box and additionally packaged.

In case of termination of the contract Futti shall, within 10 working days of receiving the product, return the amount paid for the product at the latest, excluding the cost of shipping the product to the buyer. The refund will be made in the same manner as the payment.

In the event of a return, the buyer bears the cost of returning and shipping product. Returned product must be unused, undamaged and in the original, undamaged box and additionally packaged. If the product is worn or damaged and the original product box is damaged, return will not be possible and accepted.

Dispute Settlement

For all matters not covered by this Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Croatian Obligations Act shall apply. All disputes under this Terms and Conditions shall be resolved by mutual agreement between the contracting parties. All disputes or claims that may arise as a result of the use of Futti web site in connection with these Terms, or in connection with their implementation, fall within the jurisdiction of the Court of Rijeka, Croatia, subject to the applicable substantive Croatian law.
