All orders are shipped worldwide via our affiliate couriers DHL, DPD or GLS, within 8 working days of confirming the availability of ordered products. During promotions, longer delivery times are possible. Delivery time depends on the destination.
Shipping costs depend on the country of delivery and the quantity of products purchased and are calculated on the checkout page. You can also check shipping costs for your destination on cart page.
Customs costs, taxes and other additional costs are not included in the stated product and shipping costs. For non-EU countries, the buyer is liable for all costs of customs clearance and taxes, if any. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer since each country has different customs and taxation laws.
Please, be aware that we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
The buyer has the right to refuse to take over a shipment that shows external damage when picking up the shipment. If such a case appears, please, let us know by email at email@example.com.
If you do not receive any notification of the status of the order or delivery after 10 days from the order placement, please, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If for any reason the product purchased through the Futti web shop is not what you hoped for, you can request a replacement or refund within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
In order for a buyer to be entitled to a replacement or refund, he must notify us of his decision before the expiration of 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment, by unambiguous statement in one of the following ways:

The notice must include your name, address, telephone, fax or e-mail address, and the enclosed example of a replacement form or unilateral termination of contract, which can be downloaded here, may be used. In the event of a replacement, you need to explain whether you want to change the product for the same product of another size or for another product from our range so that we can check its availability and reserve it. We will email you confirmation of receipt of the notice of cancellation or unilateral termination of the contract.
The return of the product to be exchanged or returned must be made without delay and no later than 14 days after receipt of the shipment. The shipping costs of returning the goods and sending the replacement product are borne by the buyer. The returned product must be unused, undamaged and still in the original packaging, with all the tags unattached. The original box must be undamaged and additionally packaged for return. If the product is worn or damaged and the original product box is damaged, returns and replacement will not be accepted.
All products purchased through the Futti web shop are carefully checked to make sure they are free of defects. However, if you believe that the product has any faults or manufacturing defects, please contact us by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
